AC Hotel by Marriott Tokyo Ginza

The location is perfect with many restaurants around the area. Metro station is very near, so very accessible to where we plan to go. The bed is comfortable and rooms are clean. There is an area in the lobby where you can rest and stay while waiting to check in. Room is bigger than most hotels in Ginza. Friendly and helpful staff.

The position is really convenient in the heart of Gina. Modern design with new furniture.

Hotel seems to be new as everything is in top notch condition. Room design is very modern and very spacious. All amenities were provided and the best thing the complimentary umbrellas which were very high quality that helped during the rain. Staff was very welcoming and accommodating specially that we had our 3yrs old toddler. location is absolutely great as its in the heart of Ginza street and nearby 2 train stations within 3-5min walking distance. There is a small convenience store next by called Lawson that has ready meals, snacks, drinks and other self care stuff. Its great to return to this beautiful room every night after a long day of sightseeing.

Staff were really nice and helpful. Always answered my many questions and assisted me in my luggage forwarding when I left for Kyoto. Breakfast was okay. Had a big selection of foods.

The staff was not so helpful, when we checking in the men served with some attitude which made a not pleasant hospitality. We were all very tired after all day traveling so didn't say much back.... It's not a four star hotel should make people feel...Apart from this, we received two very nice sunny rooms with city view, which allows morning sunshine coming through to the room, we enjoy it very much!
